Lamont Civil Services ensures to locally source all goods, services, and works needed for all our projects. For instance, we have procured local products, goods, and services on a continuous basis, paying out over $4.8 million to local businesses and employees in 2019.
In addition to this, over the past two years, Lamont Civil Services has also invested over $80,000 in our team’s development, training, and upskilling – ensuring that local employees have enhanced skillsets, enabling them to deliver better quality works within our community. The development of our team is vital as it boosts confidence, encourages great work practices, and provides options for advancement throughout the local workforce.
